Weeping Beauty

Not sufficient time nor firing synapses to write much of anything, and, given my mood, I'd rather simply have this upon which to gaze.

Just a perfect swath of wisteria.

Almost too beautiful to exist.

"Snap the flower arrows of desire" said the Buddha. Irl, I am sorry you are feling wistful. As it happens, I was looking at the lovely pictures of trees in one of your other places, just yesterday. And also, smelling wisteria with beloved at my parent's house the day before..

And about Confectionary, and the mindlesness of shapes and swirls - See Below!

Here we are!

Yes, wistful for gardens and domiciles and all manner of beloved.

My favorite! So old-fashioned...

I have forever been a fan of "heirloom" flowers. Which means those which haven't had scent, grace and nuance bred out of them in favour of sturdiness, neon colour and the shelf life of velveeta.

I should do a post on nicotiana, heliotrope, old-school larkspur, mignonette, and ever so forth.
